Pick up Request


Thank you for helping us furnish hope in our community! Please read the following:

  • First, carefully review "What We Accept" for a list of items we need, as well as items we do not take.
  • Donated items must be in working order, from non-smoking homes, and in very good condition. Photos will be required to complete your request. 
  • Please expect to wait one to three weeks for your pickup. Our trucks do not run on weekends. 
  • Outdoor/garage pickups are free. If we need to come inside your building (first floor only, unless an elevator is available), we collect a flat fee of $35.

Where will the items be located for pickup?
I understand my donations must be on the first floor, or accessible by elevator. No second stories or basements INCLUDING WALK-OUT BASEMENTS.
Inside pickup fee?
Inside pickups cost $35. Once we have agreed upon a specific pickup appointment, we will send you a link to pay the fee. Your pickup appointment will remain tentative until we receive payment.
